This course is designed to refresh the skills annually for those who have completed their FPOS, FROS or other courses and wish to complete an annual refresher to maintain their CPD. Keeping your responder skills up-to-date with verifiable training can be used as RPL to evidence towards your three yearly requalifications of your level 3 or Level 4 responder course.
This course includes the latest CPR and Coronavirus recommendations.
The course is a shorter version of our full blended FPOS course and is available 100% online, 100% classroom or blended where you complete the online course followed by a short practical lesson to practice your skills.

This course comes with 20.0 hours of CPD, although the time to complete the course online may be less than this. Total course time includes 7 hours and 50 minutes of video training as well as knowledge reviews, final test, remedial help and reviewing downloaded material.
The content of this and all our courses has been independently certified as conforming to universally accepted Continuous Professional Development (CPD) guidelines and come with a Certified CPD Statement as well as a ProTrainings Certificate and for online courses an Evidence Based Learning statement.
